I'm not saying it's a bad place or anything. The food is really good and the drinks usually taste pretty good as well. The inside is really nice too, they have a nice lounge area in the back to relax and enjoy your food. But they could use a better scheduling staff to speed up the drive thru process and what not. However, the people working there are typically nice. Not once have I been there have they been rude or anything when I said that my orders were messed up. Fixed my order, no problem. It's just I wished it had been right in the first place.

Good coffee at a good price. Friendly and competent staff. Lots of seating and a nice lounge with barstools and leather chairs in the back. The radio's a bit loud, but the atmosphere is really nice. UPDATE: They turned down the radio when I asked. I'm impressed.
Friendly, fast, have a dairy free drink. Mango smoothie it's so yummy. Only issue is no high chair or booster seat. Wish they had more dairy free drinks and in kids size. Will be back.
You go through the drive thru and they say "hello what can I get started for you?" So by them saying that you assume that they'll probably have your stuff ready by the time you get to the window depending on what you got in your order. But no, you have to wait 5-10 minutes for your stuff. Usually they don't have the best people scheduled and for some reason whenever I go there they are slow even if they don't have any other cars -- like I said lack of scheduling. But anyways the past 2 times I've been there they've messed up my drink and just recently my food order. The drink didn't taste right at all and I have ordered it from other biggby locations so I know how it's supposed to taste. It didn't taste anything like that. It tasted like the fruit in it was ripe and wasn't ready. Almost as if the banana was peeled while it was still green instead of yellow like it's supposed to be.
I will rate 5 stars when the service is more consistent.
