The Gm does not know how to order truck, they were always out of things such as potatoes, napkins, large cups and etc etc. The store is old and needs updating. There is carpet in the lobby things get constantly spilled on it and not properly cleaned up, so I can imagine the mold/black mold growing under it. I use to work there and I have never worked for a fast food restaurant that managers and co-workers were so unedge because of the general manager which made for a even more stressful, unpleasant, hectic, chaotic work environment. Not to mention at one point a customer received a more then half raw grilled chicken sandwich. I would not recommend this place at all, especially when some of the employees have diabetes and they won't let them take a little break to get their sugar up when dropping because business comes first. Screw that it's all about numbers and money. If I could give less stars then I would. Just saying........oh yeah and because everyone gives the store a low rating when they call in and do the surveys the gm has the employees call and do them to just to make the store look good. As a past customer and employee there is nothing absolutely nothing good about Hillsdale Wendy's.
Food was okay, fries cooked while others were not rest was good but cookie was not fully cooked at all an that's what brings it down
Food was good but the staff needs some training for working together, customer services, and situational awareness on behavior in a work place with customers.
Typically gets orders correct, even during rush time. One of the busier places in town for lunch and dinner.
Decent food but rather dirty. Not the first time I've gone in a seen a full trash bin, food on the floor, and very dirty tables.
