"Everybody was really nice and answered all the questions i needed, although the cafeteria prices may be a little pricy. People nice d a great place"

Hillsdale Hospital has always offered our family the very best in care! Courteous, professional, and caring!

The CEO was prosecuted in 2015 for Sherman Act Anti trust violations, and when they began to lose huge for their investors and go under? They changed their name and committed fraud to get a $26 million dollar loan from the USDA , TAX money, to cash out their private investors and put the public on the line for their negligence! They bought themselves FROM themselves under a "new" corporation at a price THEY came up with, and used your tax dollars to do it. Other lousy tiny private hospitals like theirs are being sold to bigger health systems that improve care, fire lousy lazy negligent staff and raise standards. This hospital instead committed fraud and its board should be in jail for using a loan program meant for PUBLIC owned public run facilities to play insider trading/price fixing games. If you can't trust them to not scam the US Government, tell me why you'd trust them with your life?

I have been here for a few different things since moving to the area. The different staff members for pretty nice. The people I see the most are in the blood drawing area, they have no issue with me going "Not to be rude but I'm going to ignore you while you do this, just do it, don't tell me what's happening when". I hate getting blood drawn, so it's nice to find staff that don't take issue with my oddness. The Volunteer at the front desk was also really nice and helpful.

On 6/2/17 I waited in the waiting room for over 5 hours before I was called back and another two hours after they called me. Got there at 9 pm and walked out with out being seen at 3 am got sick of sitting there in severe pain. The next day, today I went to Coldwater and was in and out within 2 hours with all my needs met thanks to the fine and very professional people at ColdWater Hospital. I thought the Hillsdale Hospital was doing better but I guess I was wrong. If you need help take the extra 20 minutes to drive out to Coldwater you won't regret it and you'll be seen within an hour as they value the patient's needs. And just for the record there was no emergencies going on when I was at Hillsdale Hospital people was just siting around.
