I ordered flowers for my wife for valentines days, an arrangement of daisies, carnations, and roses. The flowers that were delivered consisted of NO roses, only daisies and carnations and weren't arranged well at all. A complete embarassment to send this flowers to your wife. I have no faith in this florist to deliver what you actually order and are paying for. And to top it off the vase was supposed to be red, but a white vase with cheap looking lace on it was delivered. When I called the florist to ask them what happened they simply told me that they would call me the next day to "make it right", I never heard from them. Very poor customer service and a BIG rig off!! Stay away from them.
The lady who runs the place is super friendly, the customer service is very good, the prices are reasonable, and the flowers are lovely. I have nothing but good things to say about Smith's. They deliver, which helps in a pinch, but it's so pleasant to stop in that I usually just walk there.
This will definitely be my "go to" flower shop from now on! I had a "flower emergency" and needed a corsage made right away. It took them less than 10 minutes to make the most beautiful corsage I have ever seen. I highly recommend this local business!
