i give them a 3 star one becouse when you go to pay your bill you have to wait till they help everone els taks them forever now as far as my hot spot gos atat ship me a new box as a replacement just the box no back cover no batter no power cord just the box so 3 stars they did leave nots on my acc so will call the store today and see iff they can oder me a new one will post how it gos
