Poor customer service. We went their for one of our family member and had to call their clinic 3 times for talking to Doctor after the lab results came. They never called us back and when they did they were in rush to hang up the phone. Hopefully I don't have to go back again. I would not recommend this place. I will appreciate that they got us appointment at last minute.
My appointment was at 11 am. I showed up at 10:45. I've been waiting for over an hour! People said this place was good if I made an appointment. I almost walked out. Two people came in after me. One lady had an appointment at 11:30 and they took her in before me. The other lady still had to fill out paperwork and they took her in before me. I have better things to do then sit around for an Appointment I clearly made. Probably won't be coming back.
I had a great experience here. Short wait, very nice & caring staff. I will definitely return next time my family or myself needs medical treatment & our Dr office is closed. And MUCH better than going to the ER to sit in their germ infested waiting room for 3 or 4 hours to wait and wait and wait to be seen! I"m very glad I went there.
The staff is attentive and always friendly. The nurse practitioner take great time to listen and treat each patient with thoughtfulness, compassion and quality care.
Waited 1.5 hours with only 1 person before me, staff in back, rude and unorganized, don't seem to really know what they are doi my, to busy goofing off and not tensing to patients. I will never go back again.
