Great place,honest, good prices
Not me, but my parents vehicle got dropped of on a Wednesday, sat till Monday with only being moved around instead of being looked at, when it was scheduled to be started Thursday. Owner has an attitude with people who ask questions, I'll continue to go to Big Country out by Taco Bell with my cars....
I took my car up here because it was just shutting off on me at times. So they looked at it and said it was the fuel pump and that it would need to be changed. I asked how much would that be? I was told $700.00. So I told them to go ahead and they did. The next day I went to get my car and paid them for the work. I got into my car and started it, as I was backing up it stalled out. I went back in and told them and as they acted surprised they came out and looked it over and told me there must be something else wrong that I would have to leave it again, but this time it would take a few days. So I did and when I got a call from them I was told to come pick up my car. Upon getting there I was told they could not find anything wrong that I may want to think about getting a new car. I asked if I could have my money back do to there was nothing wrong with my fuel pump. They side no even though nothing was wrong with it they still did the work, but I could have my old fuel pump if I liked. I walked out of here very upset and I feel as if they robbed me I had to borrow the money to pay them and now I am out of $700.00 and my car was still doing the same thing. Go there at your own risk.
Amazing! The moment I walked in they acknowledge my existence and within seconds helped me with what i needed done. I must admit, I've went to the same auto place for as long as i had my new car only because my friend like them. But now i think i found my own new place to take my car. :D They fixed my baby right up.
