They were great at doing thier job, but took them forever to shuttle me back to the garage after finishing my car.
Less than a month after purchasing my truck I needed a new brake job and computer reprogramming. I took the truck to two different FORD dealerships and they both said it should have never been sold in the condition it was sold to us. A MONTH AFTER BUYING. No help, no reimbursement. I am still having problems with this dang truck and have put in an additional $3,000 out of pocket ontop of my monthly payments. Totally rusted out weak receiver hitch. Totally rusted underbody. Do not trust this dealership, they only look out for their money.
Jerks!! Stay away sales staff is very rude... They are judgmental and standoffish. I tried to by a truck there a few months ago.. Had to ask for a different sales person because the first one was very rude... Acted like I couldn't afford to buy what I was looking at. I bought the same exact truck with half the miles for less than there best price.... Definitely do your homework and shop around.
I have dealt with this Ford dealership for over 25 years & have always been treated with the highest respect & concern for my benefit. It started with Jeff Hess who was my salesman & is now New Car Manager. He has been with the company for over 30 years. We are definitely a Ford family!
